This Idea Submission Policy explains what happens when you send CliqMenu ideas, suggestions, or feedback. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

CliqMenu welcomes your ideas and feedback about our products and services — but please send them only through our designated channels (for example, an in-app "share an idea" form or the contact form at cliqmenu.com). Please do not send ideas, proposals, designs, artwork, or other materials ("submissions") to CliqMenu or its staff by any other route.

The purpose of this policy is to avoid misunderstandings or disputes if CliqMenu's products, services, features, or marketing later seem similar to a submission. The terms below apply to all submissions — whether you send them through a designated channel or, despite our request, by any other means, and regardless of what your message says.

Terms of idea submission

You agree that:

  1. your submissions are not confidential and not proprietary, and CliqMenu has no obligation to keep any submission confidential;
  2. you grant CliqMenu a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, modify, build upon, and redistribute your submissions and their contents for any purpose, on an unrestricted basis, without any compensation to you;
  3. CliqMenu has no obligation to review, respond to, or implement any submission, or to tell you its status;
  4. CliqMenu may already be working on, or may independently develop, something similar — your submission creates no rights or claims against CliqMenu in that case; and
  5. you confirm the submission is your own, does not knowingly infringe anyone else's intellectual-property rights, and contains no third-party confidential information.

Feedback on existing products

Specific feedback on our existing products and services (bug reports, support issues, usability comments) should go through the support channels in your app or the contact form at cliqmenu.com. All such feedback is likewise non-confidential and non-proprietary, and CliqMenu is free to use and redistribute it on an unrestricted basis without compensation to you.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published here with its version and effective date.
